Speaker Profile and Biography Overview
Mrs.Duenngarm Pakdee is a leading occupational therapist and healthcare executive shaping rehabilitation in Thailand. With over 30 years of experience, she currently serves as Assistant Director for Service System Development and Health Service Support at Khon Kaen Hospital, driving health system innovation and service transformation.
A graduate of Chiang Mai University, she led the Occupational Therapy Division for more than two decades, advancing rehabilitation practice and workforce development nationwide. As President of the Occupational Therapy Association of Thailand (OTAT) since 2013 and Thailand’s delegate to the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT), she plays a key role in influencing policy, strengthening professional standards, and elevating occupational therapy on the global stage.
