Mr. Renaldo CHRISTIANS

Renaldo Christians is an Executive Director in the health sector with leadership experience across professional medical colleges, peak bodies, and government. He led the development of New Zealand’s first Pain Model of Care, working closely with clinicians, policymakers, and ministers. Renaldo has worked across four continents, bringing a global perspective to complex, highly regulated environments. He was recognised by the Prime Ministers award for his contributions to the health sector. His work focuses on strategy, operational delivery, and advocacy to improve patient outcomes and strengthen workforce impact across allied health.
