Ms. Thooha ADLEY

Thooha Adley is the President of Occupational Therapy Association of Maldives. She graduated from University of Sydney in 2012 and has experience working in both Australia and Maldives. While practicing as a clinician in Maldives, Thooha is also committed to developing and advocating for the profession in the Maldives. Thooha has been working closely with the Maldives National University to establish the first Occupational Therapy education program in Maldives. While this will address the need for the current Occupational Therapy services, a local program can further support the ongoing advocacy for the profession and recognise Occupational Therapy as an essential part of health services in Maldives.
